1. Acceptance of Terms & Publisher Scope

By accessing or using any Roarable web page, RQD Stock Cockpit, Screener, AI Analyst briefing, email dispatch, or API endpoint, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Investment & FTC Disclaimer, our Privacy Policy, and our AI Editorial Standards & Corrections Policy.

2. Investment Advisers Act Publishers' Exclusion (15 U.S.C. § 80b-2(a)(11)(D))

Roarable is a bona fide financial and quantitative research publication of general and regular circulation. Under the Publishers' Exclusion of the U.S. Investment Advisers Act of 1940 (15 U.S.C. § 80b-2(a)(11)(D)):

3. Quantitative Methodology, Data Sources & Limitations

Roarable aggregates and computes quantitative indicators from public primary and consolidated market sources, including SEC EDGAR XBRL filings (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Form 4, 13F-HR), Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED), USASpending.gov, FederalRegister.gov, and public delayed/consolidated market quotes (including Yahoo Finance / Nasdaq public snapshots):

• Quote & Filing Latency: Equity and ETF prices displayed on Roarable may reflect delayed (15-minute), 60-second consolidated snapshot, or prior end-of-day (EOD) closing data depending on market session and exchange feed availability.
• No Warranty of Accuracy: While Roarable applies automated sanity bounds and multi-model Joint Ensemble Verification (JEV) checks, third-party feeds and corporate XBRL filings may contain restatements, omissions, or parsing anomalies. All data and models are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind.
• Past Performance & Simulations: Past performance, historical backtests, interactive scenario stress-tests (-20% crash / Fed rate cut), and paper-trading competitions ($100K Prop Arena) are hypothetical and do not guarantee future results.

4. FTC Affiliate, Sponsor & Partner Disclosure (16 CFR Part 255)

When you voluntarily opt in to receive ticker rating-change alerts or daily research briefings, we store your preferences in accordance with our Privacy Policy and SMS & Email Terms. You may modify your tracked tickers or permanently unsubscribe with one click at any time via our Watchlist & Preferences Desk (/watchlist) or via the unsubscribe link in any email footer.

6. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

All RQD gauge designs, custom software, scoring rubrics, and editorial content are the intellectual property of Roarable Media LLC, doing business as Roarable. You may share links and use our official embeddable SVG stock badges with attribution to Roarable, but automated scraping that degrades platform stability or reselling Roarable data without written permission is prohibited.
