• Rubric Terminology (“BUY”, “HOLD”, “SELL”): Labels such as “STRONG BUY,” “BUY,” “HOLD / WATCH,” or “SELL / AVOID” represent standardized score bands on our 0–100 RQD quantitative rubric (70–100 = Green / Buy band; 59–69 = Yellow / Hold band; 0–58 = Red / Sell band). They are not personal recommendations to purchase or sell any security for your account.

2. Primary Data Sources, Quote Delays & Model Limitations

Roarable synthesizes corporate and macro data from public sources including SEC EDGAR XBRL filings, Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED), FederalRegister.gov, USASpending.gov, and public equity/options snapshots:

• Delayed / Consolidated Snapshot Quotes: Stock and ETF prices reflect public delayed (15-minute), 60-second consolidated snapshot, or prior daily closing prices. Always verify live executable bid/ask quotes inside your brokerage platform before placing any trade.
• ETFs & Index Composites: Single-company corporate accounting metrics (such as GAAP Gross Margin, Altman Z-Score, Piotroski 9-Point F-Score, and Form 4 corporate executive filings) do not apply to Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) or index composites and are labeled “ETF / Index Composite — N/A for Fund Structure.”
• Options & Volatility Snapshots: When an active unusual options chain snapshot is not present in the database for a given symbol, Roarable explicitly displays “— (No Active Options Snapshot)” and derives expected swing bands from historical 20-day OHLCV realized volatility.
