1. What We Collect & Why

Roarable Media LLC, doing business as Roarable collects only the minimum account and preference data required to deliver your personalized watchlist, Screener 2.0 saved screens, Private Research Notebook, and explicitly requested briefings:

• Email Address: Used to authenticate your signed HttpOnly; Secure; SameSite=Lax session cookie and deliver only the email programs you affirmatively opt into.
• Optional Mobile Number: Collected only if you choose to enter one; never required for free member features and never sold or shared with third-party lead brokers for unaffiliated telemarketing.
• Watchlist & Private Research Notebook: Followed tickers, themes, AI Analysts, Butterfly links, and private research notes stored strictly to personalize your Since Your Last Visit delta feed and briefings.
• Append-Only Consent Audit Log: Whenever you grant, pause, change cadence on, or revoke an email or SMS program, we append an immutable compliance receipt containing the timestamp, disclosure version, exact rendered disclosure text, and a one-way cryptographic hash (SHA-256) of IP address. You can inspect your full consent receipt history anytime at /watchlist.
